Our Mission
Final Journey Foundation is a dedicated organization committed to reuniting families facing the challenges of terminal illness. We provide essential travel arrangements and support, to enable families who cannot afford it, to create lasting memories with their loved ones, during their final days. By facilitating these reunions, we offer comfort, closure, and emotional support to both the patient and their family.
What we do
If you are a hospice patient or acutely ill patient, the facility can request our service to help those families that can not afford traveling to see their loved ones. We provide essential travel arrangements and support, to reunite families facing the challenges of terminal illness. Each family will be allotted a set amount of funds to be reunited with their family member.
